Ceremonies, Meditations, Prayers & Rituals ~ Channeled Material ~ Earth Changes ~ Healing ~ Healing Environment ~ Metaphysics ~ Psychic Development ~ The Soul & the Afterlife ~ Tarot & Tarot Decks ~ Music Ceremonies, Meditations, Prayers & RitualsA Return to Love, Marianne WilliamsonThis book contains Marianne's reflections on the Principles of A Course in Miracles. Here is a prayer that is frequently misattributed to Nelson Mandela.Illuminata, Marianne Williamson We cannot say enough about this book. We use it almost daily in our healing work with clients, friends & family and for ourselves. We have found that couples are very drawn to her wedding ceremony. We gave the following prayer as a Christmas/Yule gift to our closest friends.Walking Between the Worlds & Isaiah Effect : Decoding the Lost Science of Prayer and Prophecy, by Gregg Braden These are both wonderful books. We love Braden's style of "teach by example". He shares so much of himself/his life in all his works. We can all learn by reading an authors thoughts/words, but knowing how the author puts his words into action is very powerful. Both books share important information about living a "good" life...releasing attachment to drama and troubles and learning how to manifest (through prayer). These are the topics that we teach and his words ring 100% true. Channeled MaterialKryon / Lee CarrollThe following books by Lee Carroll/Kryon are the most love-filled, clear and true channelled material I have ever found. Lee Carroll channels the being called Kryon, who is wonderfully understandable, clear and direct without being scary - ever. I recommend that you purchase and read all of the Kryon material, but if your budget is tight read the most current book and then decide if it is something that you like. You do not have to read the books in their proper sequence in order to understand what is going on. If you are interested in specific topics, check out the Kryon Master Index where topics are listed with directions to the specific Kryon book(s) where the subject is discussed. Other notes: the 5th book is a fictional book by Lee, based on the Kryon material. It is a very nice book and helps you understand the Kryon material in a different way. And now there is a children's version of this book, written by Theresa Corley, also listed below. The 4th book, the Parables of Kryon, are the tales that fill all of the books - these parables are easy to understand and can be shared with people of other belief systems to help you explain spiritual matters without offending them.
Sanaya Roman & Duane PackerLiving With Joy: Keys to Personal Power & Spiritual Transformation (Earth Life Series, Book I), Sanaya RomanPersonal Power Through Awareness (Earth Life Series, Book II), Sanaya Roman Spiritual Growth: Being Your Higher Self (Earth Life Series, Book III), Sanaya Roman Creating Money: Keys to Abundance, Sanaya Roman & Duane Packer This book should have a better title. We have found a lot of spiritual truths in this book, and it is about abundance in your life...not just creating money. We are impressed with the focus being on the higher self and for the highest good --- this book is not about being greedy, but more about getting into the flow of abundance, being in control of thought patterns, etc. The exercises are pretty clear and easy to do. We used the group magnetizing exercises in our psychic development classes with terrific results! Opening to Channel: How to Connect with Your Guide, Sanaya Roman & Duane Packer I believe that this is one of the best how-to books on channeling. There is a lot of info here...What is Channeling, What Channeling will & will not do for you, What you can use your channeling for, How to tell if you are ready, You may be more Ready than you think...and this is just the first chapter! This book is ethically sound, easy to read and just plain good.Love Is In the Earth: A Kaleidoscope of Crystals, by Melody This is a large book filled with information about crystals and stones. The reason I have it here in this section that, obviously, the information is channelled. Melody is a bit wordy and some of her explanations are difficult to follow - but this is a very good book to have, or at least know about. Most Metaphysical rock and crystal shops have this book on hand so that you can look up the esoteric/metaphysical associations of their rocks and crystals. I also like to use this book as a divinition tool. Hold the book closed in your hands and then ask "what do I need to know today?" then open the book and point (without looking) to a place on either page. Read the stone and explanation that you are on. If the info feels important to you then perhaps you will want to go out and purchase that crystal or stone. Earth Changes, EventsAwakening to Zero Point: The Collective Initiation, by Gregg BradenThis book explains and connects such earth happenings as crop circles, the increased vibratory rate of the earth (and us), the lower magnetics of the sun and earth, etc. It is a somewhat technical book. If you would like to know more about this information in a less technical way, I suggest the video, which is available here. HealingI believe it is the best how-to book on Reiki available. Diane Stein expresses the need for more healers in today's society. This book can be seen as controversial because she publishes (I believe for the first time) the Reiki attunement ceremonies and the Symbols used by each level of Reiki including Master/Teacher. I have heard some comments about the "tone" of her book being anti male-healer, but I think that her language may be a key in this...she uses the words "she" and "her" throughout the book instead of the "traditional" he/him/his...this may explain why some male healers feel excluded. She does, however, include specific examples and illustrations using male subjects. I love this book and recommend it very highly to anyone interested in studying Reiki or for all existing Reiki practitioners and Masters.Reiki the Healing Touch: First & Second Degree Manual, William Lee Rand This is the manual that I use for my 1st and 2nd degree students. William Lee Rand is the founder of The Center for Reiki Training, which is an excellent source for information on Reiki. I received my Advanced and Master level training from a Master who studied under Rand. This book is good for anyone who has already taken Reiki training, as well as a good source of information for those interested in getting training.Heal Your Body: The Mental Causes for Physical Illness & the Metaphysical Way to Overcome Them, Louise L. Hay Louise Hay's "little blue book" is still considered the most comprehensive guide to the probable mental causes behind illness in your body. It offers positive new thought patterns to replace negative feelings and shows how a change in attitude can result in a permanent state of health and well-being. Note: These boiled down meanings of disease/illness are very simplistic and bottom-line...you will want to take any of the information in this book with a large grain of salt. However, I have found that some of the information in this book, although simplistic and sometimes harsh, has opened the door to deep inner work...especially with clients who have been struggling with illness/disease...genuinely wanting to know "what is this all about?"Therapeutic Touch: A Practical Guide, Janet MacRae This is a great guide for those of you who are interested in doing etheric healing (working in the aura...working with energy). This, and hands-on-healing are the types I did for several years before studying and using Reiki. I highly recommend this method and this book. It is very easy to understand and the descriptions of healing energy are very good.Hands of Light, Barbara Brennen I reread this book as often as I can. I believe it is the best book for any healer to have, whether they are doing healing ala Brennen or any other modality. The descriptions of the aura, the chakras (illustrations are terrific!) and blocks in the body - all excellently described in detail.Light Emerging, Barbara Brennen This book isn't as well known as "Hands of Light" but it still has very important information. The diagrams and descriptions of how our energy reacts in relationship to others...one-on-one or in a group is excellent.Flower Remedies Handbook...Emotional Healing & Growth with Bach & Other Flower Essences, Donna Cunningham Donna Cunningham is a very respected Astrologer who has spent years working with the flower essences in her own practice. Her book is beautifully illustrated, and contains so much info: Aliases, Companies that produce the essences, Qualities, Lore, Plant descriptions and illustrations, Uses, Reflections, Affirmations and Astrological Associations. The Way Up From Down...Rid Yourself of: Stress, Low Moods, Depression with this easy-to-follow, drug-free program of B Vitamins and Amino Acids, Priscilla Slagle, MD For those that are serious about treating their depression through vitamin therapy. Caution: Not to be undertaken without knowledge and approval by your physician(s). Healing Environment

MetaphysicsBridging Science and Spirit..., Norman FriedmanQuantum Theory, David Bohm The Holographic Universe, Michael Talbot Psychic DevelopmentPsychic Power & Soul Consciousness, Korra Deaver, Ph.D.We use this book in our Psychic Development Classes. We have found that her no-nonsense approach very easy to teach and to understand. Her background is varied, and she references Biblical texts and teachings along with very specific how-to exercises. The Soul & the AfterlifeJourney of Souls & Destiny of Souls, by Michael Newton, PhD.We suggest these two books to everyone & anyone who will listen. Dr. Newton is a very skilled hypnotherapist that has found a way to regress clients to a "between life" place. In these two books he gives fascinating information about the soul (levels, progression), how we choose each life, our pre-determined connections to each other and on and on. You will want to own these two books, and perhaps multiple copies because like us, you will be forever loaning them out to your friends and family. Tarot78 Degrees of Wisdom, Rachel PollackThis is THE BOOK for card meanings. This used to be a 2 volume set - split by major and minor arcana...and then out-of-print. I am so glad both volumes are published as one book now. If you are learning to read the Tarot - you MUST HAVE THIS BOOK!Classic Tarot Spreads, Sandor Konraad Living the Tarot, Amber Jayanti Books by Mary Greer, these book definitions are her own:
Tarot Games, Cait Johnson, Maura D. Shaw, Durga T. Bernhard Tarot Spells, Janina Renee The Tarot: History, Mystery & Lore, Cynthia Giles The Tarot: Methods, Mastery & More, Cynthia Giles Tarot DecksMorgan Greer Tarot Deck & Book, Morgan GreerMorgan Greer Tarot Deck, Morgan Greer Robin Wood Tarot Deck, Robin Wood This is the deck I have been using for readings for others. The artwork is very nice, not as cartoonish as some decks, and there is a slightly pagan or earth-centered feel to the deck. The cards for the Devil and Judgement are slightly different from traditional decks --- I feel this is an improvement, as they reflect more current thought around these cards.Osho Zen Tarot Deck & Book Set I ordered this deck and book from a local bookstore, and waited patiently for several months. It was definitely worth the wait! The artwork on this deck is very beautiful and each card is like a stained glass window. This deck is great for meditation, and for choosing a card or two a day. The card descriptions from the book are very Zen. I haven't used this deck for traditional Tarot readings --- only for getting clarification on a day or for a quick take on a problem.Universal Waite Tarot Deck, by Mary Hanson-Roberts This is another great beginner deck. If you plan on studying the Tarot and everyone/someone suggests the Rider-Waite deck, please consider the Universal Waite deck instead. It has the same symbols/imagery in much better colored product. It is actually a better study tool because you will be able to see the colors clearer and sharper. This is important if you are studying the meanings of color in association to Tarot. The Rider-Waite deck is (in my humble opinion) just plain ugly, and I feel it is hard to energetically connect with or get excited about something that is ugly. Music, by Artist
